RehabLogic, Inc., a Washington State-based C corporation, incorporated in 2000, is the successor to Northwest Integrated Services, LLC, founded in 1996 by four Spokane, WA neuropsychologists, to provide logic-based protocols to the rehabilitation industry.
Allen Bostwick, Ph.D.
Allen D. Bostwick, Ph.D. is a co-founder and Vice President of RehabLogic. Inc. He received his B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Washington and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Following is internship at the Indiana University School of Medicine he relocated to his hometown of Spokane, Washington and began an independent practice in Clinical Psychology, with specialization in Neuropsychology, in 1981. His practice included serving as the Rehabilitation Psychologist at Deaconess Medical Center from 1981-1991, and at St. Luke’s Memorial Hospital from 1982-1992, evaluating and treating patients with closed head injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and other neurological conditions. His current practice is largely limited to Independent Medical Evaluations involving Neuropsychology.
Paul J. Domitor, Ph.D.
Paul J. Domitor, Ph.D. is a co-founder and President of RehabLogic Inc. He received his Ph.D. and MS from University of Miami, and his BS from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Domitor practiced Clinical Psychology for over 30 years, with a particular interest in brain-behavior relationships. He founded Spokane Psychology and Neuropsychology P.S. in Spokane, Washington, and is also well-known for media and professional presentations regarding a wide range of health care topics. He has held various academic appointments throughout his career, and is consult to payor systems regarding quality improvement in the health care field.
Duane Green, Ph.D., ABPP, FAACP
Dr. Green is a co-founder and the Chairman of RehabLogic, Inc. Dr. Green is a board certified psychologist licensed in Washington and Idaho. He is a Fellow in the Academy of Clinical Psychology. He received his doctorate from the University of Southern California and then joined the faculty at UCLA. He has been in full-time private practice with Spokane Psychiatry & Psychology, P.S. since 1975. Prior to coming to Spokane, he was an Assistant Professor of Medical Psychology at Duke University Medical Center. Currently, Dr. Green is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine, University of Washington Medical School. He is on the staff of several local hospitals. He has served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of the American Institute of Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. His practice focuses on intensive short-term clinical psychotherapy, neuropsychology, rehabilitation and forensic psychology.
